Where do I find the Support centre?

You can find the Support centre through your PC Financial online account.

On the web:

Navigate to your profile menu by selecting your profile picture (or the placeholder image if you haven't uploaded a profile picture yet) in the top right corner of the screen. Select “Support”.

On the mobile app:

Navigate to your profile menu by tapping the “more” button (last button in the bottom row with 4 dots). Select “Support”.
