How do I cancel an Interac e-Transfer® request?

You can cancel an Interac e-Transfer® before your recipient deposits it (unless the recipient has auto deposit enabled) by logging into your account. Please note, you will be charged a fee to cancel an Interac e-Transfer®.

Steps

  1. Log in to your PC Financial mobile app or online account

  2. Select Move Money

  3. Select scheduled and pending transfers

  4. Click on the transaction you’d like to cancel

  5. Select delete

Helpful tip

If the recipient has auto deposit enabled, the funds will be transferred instantly, and you will not be able to cancel the transfer.
